Full-Time Technical Sourcer

About the role:

Technical Sourcer will help drive top-of-funnel recruiting efforts across various organizations within the company. As a Technical Sourcer, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top-tier technical talent to help us scale and build the future of Machine Learning. What you will do:

• Identify, engage, and recruit top technical talent for various engineering and data science roles within the company.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates through proactive sourcing methods, including networking, online platforms, and industry events.
• Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit.
• Track metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and improve recruitment processes.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in technical recruiting or sourcing in tech-focused environments.
• Strong understanding of data science, software engineering, and machine learning concepts.
• Proficiency in using various recruiting tools and platforms, including LinkedIn and applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
