Full-Time Transformation Project Leader - Procurement

• Lead end-to-end transformation projects specifically targeting standardization and centralization in Indirect Procurement processes.
• Manage scope, budget, timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Drive cross-functional and cross-regional teams—including Procurement, Finance, and IT—to implement harmonized finance and procurement workflows.
• Engage and influence senior leaders and C-level executives, ensuring transparent project governance and comprehensive reporting.
• Implement globally consistent standards and best practices in Indirect Procurement, supporting broader business objectives.
• Ensure transparency and accountability, maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, and reporting on KPIs and RAG status.
• Support the broader project portfolio, including reporting, documentation management, and compliance with internal standards.

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience leading complex transformation and transition projects in Indirect Procurement within a global corporate environment.
• Strong finance knowledge combined with hands-on expertise in Indirect Procurement processes and related project management.
• Proven ability to integrate multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Recognized project management credentials (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
• Familiarity with modern project management tools such as Wrike, Asana, Monday.com (a plus).
• A university degree (BSc or higher) in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related fields
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills—especially in English, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• A proactive, organized, and collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
