About the role: Pareto.AI seeks a Trust & Safety Specialist. Ideal candidates exhibit strong analytical skills, integrity, and a commitment to a safe work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Worker Auditing & Blacklisting: Audit community members for Code of Conduct compliance, identify and blacklist non-compliant workers, maintain records.
- Dispute Management: Manage disputes, make informed decisions, communicate outcomes.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Oversee onboarding, ensure vetting, verify documents, manage offboarding.
- Proactive Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor worker database, report trends, use GenAI tools.
- Communication & Collaboration: Communicate with workers, collaborate with recruiting, provide updates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (HR, Business, etc.) or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail, issue identification, and communication.
- Proactive, self-directed, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
- GenAI tool familiarity, screening, and monitoring.
- Experience in recruiting, onboarding, or HR (preferred).
- AI project experience at Pareto.AI (preferred).
- Shift availability (as needed).
Tools/Software: Zendesk, Gmail, Discord, Coda.
