Full-Time Tutor Growth Product Manager

ClassDojo's goal is to provide a loved educational experience for every child globally.

Scale new consumer products for our network of tens of millions of children and families, building a global consumer education business.

Grow ClassDojo's product experiences by an order of magnitude while deepening brand love.

Collaborate closely with co-founders, leaders, and cross-functional teams to develop and test long-term ideas.

Turn data, research, and intuition into products and experiences loved by millions of children.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of product management experience
• Product discovery through qualitative and quantitative research
• Achieve product-market fit with new consumer products
• Strong quantitative skills and comfort with analysis
• Ability to work independently and act as a jack of all trades

Bonus Points:

• Experience in ed-tech or products for kids
• Experience as a founder or equivalent accountability
• Scaling and monetizing consumer products
• Strong grasp of product strategy
• Strong product intuition and good taste
• Enjoy speaking with customers and conducting qualitative research
• Strong quantitative skills
• Ability to work in resource-constrained environments
• Move quickly and instigate action
• Clear and concise written and spoken communication
• Experience with operational/marketplace businesses
