Full-Time UI/UX Designer / Product Designer

We’re seeking a talented and driven UI/UX Designer / Product Designer to elevate the visual and experiential quality of our platform. This role is essential for creating intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing designs that enhance the user experience and align with Creaitor’s strategic goals.

Tasks

• UI/UX Design: Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces and interactions using design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• User Research: Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and understand user needs and pain points.
• Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all user interfaces and touchpoints.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements and feedback into compelling design solutions.
• Visual Design: Craft visually appealing designs that align with Creaitor’s brand identity, including layouts, color schemes, typography, and icons.
• User Flow Optimization: Analyze user flows and interactions to identify and address usability issues, enhancing the overall user experience.
• Feedback Integration: Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and user testing to continuously improve the user experience.
• Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure Creaitor’s platform remains cutting-edge.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and impact.
• Design Tools: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• User-Centered Design: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and interaction design.
• Visual Design: Excellent skills in visual design, including a keen eye for detail, typography, and color theory.
• Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate design concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex design challenges and create innovative solutions.
