What You'll Do

As a UX/UI Designer in our CRO team, you'll work closely with our CRO managers and other digital experts to craft visually stunning and highly effective interfaces. You’ll play a key role in optimizing user journeys, ensuring that our clients’ digital products are not only beautiful but also convert like crazy. Every pixel you design will contribute to our clients' success, helping them achieve tangible growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma or similar
• Deep understanding of UX principles and best practices, including user research and usability testing
• Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail and a love for clean, modern design
• Experience working closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented perfectly
• Ability to iterate quickly and adapt to feedback
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present your ideas clearly and persuasively
• Passion for data-driven design and the ability to leverage analytics to inform your decisions
• A proactive, self-driven attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
