The Value Strategy Services Associate is a role that operates together with our customer-centric Inspire Value teams to demonstrate the value of ServiceNow’s solutions for our customers’ business transformation objectives.
S/he will provide expertise to assess how the core capabilities of the ServiceNow platform translate to business value for our customers. The ideal candidate has consulting experience at a leading strategy / consulting firm. S/he is detail-oriented, proactive, and analytical and will serve as a centralized resource, helping drive productivity, consistency, and operational efficiency across customer-facing consulting engagements.
This Value Strategy Services Associate is responsible for five specific areas of responsibility, including:
- Support Strategic Engagements: Assist Value Strategists and Consultants with the preparation of business value assessments (BVAs), Value Realization Assessments (VRAs), executive presentations, and benchmarking analyses.
- Data & Financial Modeling: Conduct quantitative analysis using customer data to develop ROI models, total cost of ownership (TCO) calculations, and industry comparisons.
- Industry & Customer Research: Perform research on customer industries, trends, peer benchmarks, and key business challenges to support consulting engagements.
- Asset Management: Maintain and update reusable content (e.g., slide templates, data models, case studies, benchmarks) to ensure version control and relevance.
- Process Optimization: Help standardize and improve workflows for repeatable elements of value consulting, ensuring high-quality and on-time delivery.
S/he is expected to “roll up their sleeves” and is equally able to manage communications with the customer, account team, and shared services stakeholders throughout the process to deliver a positive ServiceNow experience in a high-tempo timeframe. Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
