Full-Time Vendor Manager

• Research available vendor options for best prices.
• Cooperate with departments to explore in-house service options.
• Maintain a detailed list of vendor options per country/territory.
• Conduct meetings with potential vendors.
• Negotiate new and existing vendor contracts.
• Data analysis to support decision-making.
• Act as a functional bridge between vendors and stakeholders.
• Coordinate vendor management tasks.
• Cooperate with the Quality department for vendor reassessments.
• Ensure new vendor onboarding follows SOPs.
• Track, measure, report, and evaluate vendor performance.
• Review contract modifications and negotiate.
• Track contract renewal periods.
• Support expansion projects and explore new ways of working with vendors.
• Support Client Audits and Inspections.
• Support all members of the vendor management team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Business Management.
• Background in CRO or similar industry with contract experience.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong oral communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong initiative to learn.
• Relationship management skills.
• Advanced English language proficiency.
• Proficiency in MS-Office applications.
