Full-Time Vendor Relationship Specialist (REMOTE)

Reporting to SVP – Strategic Partnerships / Third Party, you'll monitor and analyze monthly vendor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and develop performance dashboards using Power BI.

This role closely works with finance, procurement, and vendor management teams for accuracy, transparency, and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze monthly vendor expenses, identify trends, and prepare performance reports.
• Design and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards for vendor spend and performance insights.
• Track KPIs and support vendor performance reviews.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend expense reduction strategies.
• Ensure data accuracy through regular audits and compliance monitoring.
• Partner with finance, procurement, and vendor management teams to align reporting with business needs.
• Identify opportunities for reporting process automation and continuous enhancement.
• Provide data support for vendor-related projects and inquiries.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Compensation:

Average base salary: $55,000 - $65,000.

May be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field (preferred).
• Experience: 2+ years in data analysis, financial analysis, or vendor management with large datasets and expense tracking.
• Skills: Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel; experience with ERP systems and data automation tools.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, perform cost analysis, and assess vendor performance.
• Communication: Strong collaboration, report preparation, and presentation skills.
