Full-Time Vice President, Finance - FP&A

We are seeking a Vice President, Finance to oversee all Financial Planning and Analysis of the company. This person will report to the Chief Financial Officer and work closely with Executive Management, Investors, Lenders and Leadership.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage, develop, and scale a high-performing team.
• Influence the strategic and financial direction of the business.
• Ensure the financial and operational success of the global business.
• Serve as a Finance Leader in the broader organization.
• Partner with key stakeholders on strategic initiatives.
• Prepare Monthly & Quarterly Earnings Packages.
• Present financial results to stakeholders.
• Develop an in-year forecasting process and maintain financial forecasting models.
• Lead enterprise-wide financial budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes.
• Analyze financial trends and performance drivers.
• Direct the creation of ad hoc analyses and executive-ready reporting.
• Partner with People and Total Rewards on equity allocation and compensation planning.
• Establish and monitor key professional metrics.
• Provide decision support for M&A activity, integration initiatives, and global expansion strategies.
• Champion continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy and reporting speed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA, CPA, or CFA a plus.
• 10+ years of finance experience, including senior leadership in FP&A.
• Background in professional services, consulting, or project-based industries preferred.
• Proven ability to partner with executives and present financial results.
• Strong track record of leading and developing high-performing FP&A teams.
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and ERP/BI system skills.

The salary range for this role is $200,000 - $250,000.
