Purpose: The Head of Product is a key member of the Executive Team. Works collaboratively with functional leaders to set strategic direction and ensure successful execution, leading product management, product design, training, and support teams. Drives vision and strategy for AAC devices and applications. Works with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality solutions.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the Product team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional development.
- Define and execute product strategies aligning with company goals.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and stakeholders across business units to define product requirements and set priorities.
- Drive empowered product teams from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Partner with the Vice President of Technology to enhance product development processes.
- Monitor key performance metrics and leverage data-driven insights to iterate on product features.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Advocate for the voice of the customer and ensure user-centric design principles.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Product Management, Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
- Proven track record leading a Product Management function and moving software products from concept to launch
- Experience working in agile development environments
- Experience with AAC technologies is a plus
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strategic thinker with prioritization and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and data proficiency
- Strong understanding of the product operating model and continuous discovery practices
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is preferred
- Passion for technology and innovation with focus on user experience
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
- Remote work option in the U.S. or Princeton, NJ office.

Travel: Travel within the U.S. required approximately 4-6 times per year.
