We’re looking for a VP of Product to transform how our Corporate Functions work at scale. This leader will shape the platforms that power our people and our business.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Finance, HR, and Legal to define a shared product vision.
- Set strategic direction for the corporate product portfolio.
- Develop and deliver multi-year product roadmaps.
- Build scalable, reliable, and performant products.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top product talent.
- Apply Agile methodologies.
- Oversee OCF and Capital budgets for the product portfolio.
- Build credibility and influence across Versant.
- 8 years of technical product management experience.
- 8 years of experience managing Finance, HR, and Payroll systems.
- 7 years of experience in people management.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Influential leader.
- Strategic thinker with an action-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Builds and sustains meaningful professional relationships.
- Experienced in supporting technology implementations.
- Comfortable working as part of a global, cross-functional team.
