The Vice President, Corporate FP&A will be a key member of the finance leadership team and will play a critical role in leading the company’s corporate financial planning and analysis function. This individual will provide strategic insight, financial rigor, and executive decision support to drive growth, profitability, and shareholder value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the corporate FP&A organization, including corporate planning, forecasting, budgeting, annual and long-range planning, and business performance reporting.
- Serve as a strategic partner to the SVP of FP&A, CFO, and executive leadership, delivering insights that will inform investment decisions and resource allocation to drive the company’s strategy.
- Drive the company’s financial operating model, including bookings, revenue, ARR, cash flow, and profitability metrics.
- Provide analysis and guidance on key business drivers, SaaS KPIs, market trends, and operational efficiency opportunities.
- Partner with the overall FP&A function and cross-functionally to provide financial visibility.
- Build out a strategic finance team to further enable actionable and incisive decision support.
- Lead monthly forecasting and annual planning, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and mentor a small team.
- Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, systems, and tools.
- Support corporate development, M&A due diligence, and integration from a financial planning perspective.
What You’ll Need:
- 15+ years of progressive finance experience, with 7+ years in FP&A leadership roles including experience in capital markets.
- Strong background in enterprise software, SaaS, or other recurring revenue business models and financial metrics.
- Deep knowledge of SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, etc.) and financial drivers of subscription businesses.
- Proven ability to build complex financial models and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with executive audiences.
