Full-Time VP, Finance

• Leadership: Lead all aspects of financial management, including FP&A, accounting, tax, treasury and legal compliance.
• Financial operations and reporting: Responsible for the function that delivers seamless financial and operational reporting.
• Treasury, Taxation & Risk Management: Manage and execute the global taxation strategy efficiently and effectively.
• Business planning and analysis: Responsible for a regular cadence of planning and continuous forecasting cycles.
• Corporate development: Act as primary coordination point with financial sponsor on deal evaluation, due diligence, deal structure (including tax) and execution.

• 10+ years of experience in progressively more senior accounting and finance roles including 4+ years at a senior level (VP, CFO or equivalent).
• Experienced leader with minimum 8 years experience managing a team.
• University degree and professional accounting designation (CPA preferred).
