Full-Time VP of Design & Creative

At Podium, we're building a platform to help local businesses thrive.

We're looking for a VP, Design & Creative to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our design & creative initiatives.

You'll lead the product design and user experience function, working closely with engineering and product teams to create intuitive, impactful user experiences.

You'll also oversee brand/creative initiatives to ensure cohesion across all customer touchpoints.

Responsibilities Include:

• Build, manage, and mentor high-performing Product Design and Marketing Creative teams.
• Shape and drive the vision for user-centric product design and experience.
• Partner with product, engineering, and other cross-functional partners to deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Oversee the Product Design team in creating end-to-end user experiences.
• Lead the Creative team to ensure consistency across user touchpoints.
• Partner closely with marketing to drive a high impact creative roadmap.
• Continuously refine strategy based on performance results, customer insights, and business needs.
• Partner with senior leadership to shape the product vision.
• Lead, grow, and inspire a high-performing design team.
• Establish processes and tools to scale processes, streamline design workflows.

Qualifications:

• Significant experience (8+ years) leading and managing product design and creative teams.
• Experience leading and collaborating with diverse, distributed teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and brainstorming skills.
• Passion for building scalable solutions.
• Strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making.
• Proven experience working on a cross-functional leadership team.
• Customer-first mindset.
