Full-Time VP of Product, Core Services

You'll join Xplor Technologies as VP of Product, Core Services – a foundational leadership role focused on building and scaling the common infrastructure and internal applications that power our entire suite of products.

Responsibilities:

1. Define, evolve, and execute the Core Services product strategy.
2. Own the product lifecycle from strategy to delivery for shared services and internal tools.
3. Drive roadmap and development of Xplor Growth and Xplor Ops, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
4. Create internal alignment on data structures, UX patterns, and service layers.
5. Partner with Engineering and Design leadership in setting technical direction.
6. Build, lead, and mentor a team of product managers.
7. Influence peer product leaders to adopt platform tools.
8. Use data and insights to identify bottlenecks and measure ROI.
9. Actively communicate vision, priorities, and progress.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in product management, 4+ years leading teams/organizations.
• Experience owning platform or shared service layers at a multi-product SaaS company.
• Strong technical fluency.
• Demonstrated success in scaling internal platforms and driving adoption.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Proven ability to set strategic direction and create actionable roadmaps.
• Ability to balance technical problems with business outcomes.

Salary: $225,000 - $275,000
