About Opensend: Opensend is a rapidly-scaling B2B SaaS company with 50+ employees. We have seen 5x growth in the last year and have close to 1000 customers. We need a product leader to build a robust product organization to bring more products to market quickly.
Opensend's Mission: Turning anonymous website visitors into customers. Our platform reveals actionable identity insights, helping brands unlock first-party data, boost retargeting, and increase customer lifetime value.
About the Role: As the VP, Product, you will work closely with the Co-founders and CTO to build a thriving product organization. You will lead a team of 3 and work alongside the VP of Engineering and their 15-person team.
Responsibilities Include:
- Scaling the product team as Opensend grows.
- Creating a clear definition of success.
- Delivering results and impressing at 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year.
- Demonstrating experience and excellence in Data-as-a-service and B2B SaaS.
- Building processes and documentation for a professional product organization.
- Setting and selling a compelling product vision for a complex product.
- Navigating the rapid changes of a growing startup.
- Effectively leading change, developing buy-in, and driving progress.
- Partnering with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success/support.
- Using strong process and communication to integrate and engage different parts of the business.
- Balancing customer, sales, engineering, and executive needs.
Required Experience:
- 7+ years in product management, with 2+ years in leadership.
- Demonstrated success building product teams from scratch.
- Experience with technology-heavy B2B SaaS.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Trello, Confluence, and Figma.
- Experience with scaling tech companies (preferred).
- Familiarity with marketing tech and eCommerce (preferred/nice-to-have).
