The mortgage credit ecosystem is complex. Experian is seeking a product leader to oversee our solutions from initial homeownership engagement through mortgage originations. This role will report to our Housing Chief Product Officer.

- Strategic Vision & Industry Leadership: Modernize the mortgage ecosystem.
- Product Strategy & Innovation: Lead the strategy for credit, property, mortgage, and related data products.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration: Navigate cross-functional relationships.
- Team Leadership & Development: Coach and develop a high-performing team of product managers.
Requirements:
- 10+ years in Product Management, Product Innovation or Marketing for B2B or D2C products
- 10+ years as a people leader with strong coaching skills
- Knowledge of the consumer housing journey and mortgage industry is a plus
- Proven track record of driving product innovation
- Expertise in analytical and technical solutions, including emerging AI and GenAI capabilities
- Excellent decision-making, presentation, and influencing skills
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
