Full-Time Water Treatment Troubleshooting Specialist

• Providing support to customers.
• Managing customer issues to closure, including after-hours support.
• Implementing EHS, design standards, and processes as a customer-facing SME.
• Communicating with technical support, engineering, and process groups.
• Highlighting chronic issues to Product Managers and assisting in solutions.
• Providing training to internal & external customers.
• Focusing on customer relationships.

• Working with Product Management to understand failure root causes.
• Communicating progress with customers.
• Updating Customer Technical Support Cases (CTS).
• Driving feedback to engineering for improvement.
• Leading resolution of customer complaints throughout project lifecycles.
• Investigating and reporting cases in the CTS application.
• Participating in RCA teams to resolve systemic issues.
• Tracking project costs for complicated solutions.
• Maintaining knowledge of Veolia WTS and service offerings.

• Ability to multitask.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical components.
• Working knowledge of PLC controls.
• Understanding of Process Flow Diagrams (PFD’s) and related drawings.

• Required: 5 years’ experience with Veolia WTS or equivalent.
• 5 years of client relationship management experience.
• Preferred: Relevant field experience with Veolia WTS products.
• Background in Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma with 5 years in water treatment.
• Knowledge of Veolia WTS equipment and processes.
