Job Details
Lead Plus Wholesale is seeking experienced Account Managers in the NQM space.
Starting pay: $25 to $34/hr DOE with bonus potential.
Remote position, must work regular 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday, between 7am-5pm PST, with possible overtime/weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Manage loans based on estimated close dates.
- Follow up on suspense conditions.
- Partner with Account Executives and Operations staff.
- Work closely with customers to clear loans to close.
- Review documents and notify parties of discrepancies.
- Update system notes.
- Complete checklists and worksheets.
- Provide status updates.
- Assist clients with loan submissions.
- Upload documents and assist with follow-up.
- Support clients with online tools/systems.
Requirements:
- 3 years' experience as Account Manager or Loan Processor in mortgage industry.
- Experience with Non QM, conventional and government products.
- Experience monitoring loan production pipeline.
- Experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) Encompass.
- Proficiency with MS Office and Internet browsers.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Solid organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Proven ability to work in team and individual environments.
- Sound judgment skills.
- Flexibility and time management skills.
