Job Details
Lead Plus Wholesale is seeking experienced Account Managers in the NQM space.
Responsibilities:
- Manage loans based on close dates.
- Follow up on suspense conditions.
- Partner with Account Executives and Operations staff.
- Clear loans to close within turn times.
- Review documents and notify parties of discrepancies.
- Update system notes.
- Complete checklists and worksheets.
- Provide status updates.
- Assist clients with loan submissions.
- Upload documents and assist with follow-up.
- Support clients with online tools.
Requirements:
- 3 years of Account Manager or Loan Processor experience.
- Experience with Non QM, conventional, and government products.
- Experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) Encompass.
- Proficiency with MS Office and Internet browsers.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Solid organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Sound judgment skills.
- Flexibility and time management skills.
