Full-Time Wire Processor

Wire Processor Responsibilities:

1. Accurately prepare/process all wires (domestic / international / incoming / outgoing) within the Lead Bank appointed time frame
2. Prepare incoming and outgoing service messages as received or requested
3. Escalate service messages that may require further investigation
4. Review and assist in resolving wire related disputes
5. Communicate professionally with clients and other Financial Institutions
6. Research and obtain approval to process wires that exceed client limits
7. Monitors wires for concerning activity (restricted or high risk countries, missing addresses, unusual activity)
8. Communicate with correspondent banking relationships as needed
9. Assist with audits and daily/monthly reports
10. Process research requests from branches and clients
11. Cross train and provide back-up for certain tasks as needed
12. Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• At least 1-3 years of banking experience
• Wire processing experience preferred
• Service message experience preferred
• Knowledge of SWIFT messages and the SWIFT network is preferred
• Action-oriented, with strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Curious, humble, open to learning, and approach your work with a growth mindset

• Exceptional communication skills while offering client support to internal and external clients
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make judgments with the information provided
