Full-Time Accessibility Analyst

As an Accessibility Analyst, help Renaissance accelerate learning for all by ensuring digital products and services are accessible to every user.

Collaborate with teams to integrate accessibility early in design and development, conduct audits, and provide recommendations.

Improve processes, train teams, and support the organization in building a strong, sustainable accessibility culture.

1. Evaluate digital assets (websites, applications, documents) for compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG).
2. Conduct accessibility audits, usability testing, and assistive technology evaluations.
3. Review design files (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and images to identify accessibility issues before development.
4. Work closely with Product Managers and Product Owners to define accessibility requirements early in development.
5. Provide recommendations and work with developers, designers, and content creators to enhance accessibility.
6. Stay updated on evolving accessibility guidelines, legislation, and industry trends.
7. Train and educate teams on accessibility best practices and compliance.
8. Document findings and create reports to track progress and compliance.
