Account Coordinator Responsibilities:
Back-end administrative support for Strategic Account Managers, enabling them to focus on higher-value activities. Includes on-the-job training.
Healthcare Experience: A HUGE plus.
- Coordinating client deliverables
- Facilitating customer engagements
- Creating and maintaining customer documentation
- Researching high-level solutions for clients
- Working with Client Services to solve complex support issues
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent listening and comprehension skills
- Keeping others adequately informed
- Problem-solving abilities: Defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing conclusions
