Level Agency is seeking a detail-driven Account Coordinator to support digital marketing campaigns.
- Track projects, manage timelines, and organize client deliverables.
- Take clear, actionable notes during meetings.
- Assist with campaign pacing and retainer tracking.
- Communicate with clients to share updates and gather feedback.
- Learn key platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, etc.).
- Create and compile data reports.
- Support the team in identifying account growth opportunities.
- Stay on top of performance marketing trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align work with client goals.
- Complete relevant certifications and training.
- 1–2 years in a digital agency or performance marketing setting.
- Basic understanding of paid advertising platforms.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite.
- Enthusiasm for learning.
- Comfort working in a remote environment.
- Exposure to tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or ClickUp.
- Familiarity with Looker Studio.
- Hands-on experience with campaign reporting or QA.
- Understanding of project coordination.
