Account Director Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership in developing and leading strategic and tactical interactive marketing plans for clients.
Counsel clients on effective marketing strategy based on research and best practices.
Accountability: Accountable to senior-level clients, providing advice, maintaining relationships, addressing concerns, and developing additional opportunities.
Provide clients with research, analytical metrics, and strategic insight to develop and present effective solutions.
Oversee and lead the development of entire campaign and project plans.
Oversee the delivery and financial impact on budget, target goals, and objectives with the client.
Research, develop, and collaborate with other Account Directors, Intouch departments, and agency partners to continuously improve integrated solutions.
Required Qualifications:
8-12 years of related experience: client service, agency, pharmaceutical, or healthcare preferred.
Expertise in digital, media, and technology marketing and advertising.
Bachelor's degree required (Business, Marketing, Journalism, or Communications).
Proven results in managing creative concepts to delivery.
Proven leadership and mentoring skills; responsible for account staff team development.
Demonstrated track record of business development results from strong client relations.
Proven ability to manage teams in cross-functional roles across the organization.
Strategic skills and strong business acumen.
Proven negotiation skills.
Creative thinker with analytical skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively at all levels and functions internally and externally with clients and agency partners.
Strong and applied understanding of digital development and processes.

Compensation and Benefits
EVERSANA offers competitive salaries and benefits.
Salary Range: $99,000 to $150,000 (US locations only). Compensation will be determined by experience, qualifications, and location.
