Account Director
Job Overview:
Provides strategic leadership in developing and leading strategic and tactical interactive marketing plans.
Counsels clients on effective marketing strategy, based on research and best practices.
Accountable to senior-level clients, providing advice, maintaining relationships, and developing additional opportunities.
Provides clients with research, analytical metrics, and strategic insight to develop effective solutions.
Oversees the entire campaign and project plans.
Oversees delivery and financial impact on budget, target goals, and objectives.
Collaborates with other Account Directors, internal departments, and agency partners to develop integrated solutions.
Requirements:
8-12 years of related experience (client service, agency, pharmaceutical, healthcare preferred).
Expertise in digital, media, and technology marketing and advertising.
Bachelor's degree required (Business, Marketing, Journalism, or Communications).
Proven results managing creative concepts from concept to delivery.
Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
Responsible for account staff team development.
Demonstrated track record of business development results from strong client relations.
Ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Strategic skills and strong business acumen.
Proven negotiation skills.
Creative thinker with analytical skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively at all levels.

Compensation and Benefits:
Anticipated base salary range: $99,000 - $150,000 (US only).
Compensation based on experience, qualifications, and location.
