What an Account Director does:

• Develops and leads strategic and tactical interactive marketing plans for clients.
• Provides marketing strategy counsel based on research and best practices.
• Maintains relationships with senior-level clients, addresses concerns, and develops new opportunities.
• Provides research, analytical metrics, and strategic insights to clients.
• Oversees campaign and project plan development.
• Monitors budget, target goals, and objectives.
• Collaborates with other Account Directors, EVERSANA INTOUCH departments, and agency partners to develop integrated solutions.

Requirements:

• 8-12 years of experience in client service, agency, pharmaceutical, or healthcare (preferred).
• Expertise in digital, media, and technology marketing and advertising.
• AOR experience (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven results in managing creative concepts from ideation to delivery.
• Leadership and mentoring skills.
• Experience in business development and strong client relations.
• Ability to manage teams.
• Strategic skills and business acumen.
• Negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and creative thinking.
• Effective collaboration with internal and external teams.
• Strong understanding of digital development and processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation).
