About the opportunityJoin our Xplor Pay vertical as an Account Management Administrator in Melbourne to make a real impact every day. We know that every conversation, code line, and interface design is an opportunity to enrich customer experiences.
Reporting to the Xplor Pay Account Management Team leader, you will help our Account Managers and wider organization by providing efficient and effective support.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing general administrative duties.
- Maintaining and updating spreadsheets to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assisting with document preparation.
- Understanding the system, default processes, and customer account progression to maintain accurate customer information.
- Researching required information using available resources.
- Following up with customer and client correspondence.
- Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
Work Model: Hybrid and flexible, with 2-3 days per week in the office.

Required qualifications:
- Prior experience as an Account Manager (customer retention focus preferred).
- Familiarity with Direct Debit payments and Business Management Systems.
- Proactive communication skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Strong computer literacy, especially in Excel and Salesforce.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
