This role will serve as the day-to-day subject matter expert (SME) for Jump’s prestigious clients, focusing on building strong relationships, delivering strategic recommendations, and driving process improvements to ensure outstanding service and performance.
As the client’s primary point of contact, you’ll provide actionable insights, ensure flawless execution, and collaborate across teams to exceed expectations.
This role combines project management and relationship-building to drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Working closely with our creative and paid media teams, you’ll oversee the end-to-end process of creating compelling and engaging campaigns that deliver results.

Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client, building strong, trusted relationships through outstanding communication and service.
- Set clear expectations with clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment at every stage of the project.
- Build effective relationships across multiple stakeholders while addressing ad-hoc client requests promptly.
- Support the execution team’s strategy and development of paid media campaigns across platforms including Google (AdWords & YouTube), Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, and more.
- Guide the team using a data-driven approach to design marketing strategies that align with client goals and business objectives.
- Analyze performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Leverage real-time data dashboards and reporting tools to communicate campaign performance and future strategies to the client.
- Establish benchmarks, monitor metrics, and continuously optimize campaigns to improve KPIs like cost per click and conversion rates.
- Lead efforts to streamline processes and introduce innovative solutions that enhance client experiences and campaign results.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices, ad network updates, and beta opportunities to keep clients ahead of the curve.
- Test and iterate on campaigns quarterly to identify new opportunities and optimize results.
- Partner with internal teams to execute compelling creative and ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- Work within client budgets while maintaining a focus on achieving measurable results.
- Train, mentor, and collaborate with your team to ensure excellence at every stage.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in account management, with a strong focus on performance marketing and creative marketing.
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns and improving KPIs.
- Experience using audience insights, messaging testing and experiments to drive leads
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into clear action plans.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and alignment with clients and teams.
- Experience hiring, training, and fostering collaboration within high-performing teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of higher education marketing is a plus.
