Full-Time Account Strategist

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Lead the discovery and onboarding process for new clients.
• Create the top-level strategy for your clients, working with other departments.
• Act as the main point of contact and the face of SmartBug for your clients.
• Address client feedback and concerns promptly.

Responsibilities:

• Work with specialty strategist teams to develop value-based goals.
• Develop full customer lifecycle strategy for clients.
• Work with SmartBug technologists to optimize client's HubSpot instances.
• Work with creatives to create and curate sales collateral.
• Regularly assess and report on the impact of sales enablement and operations efforts.
• Directly manage and develop 1-2 account specialists.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in digital strategy.
• Proven experience with HubSpot and a deep understanding of the HubSpot ecosystem.
• Demonstrated ability to ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and achieving sales, marketing, and ROI goals.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
