Job Summary: The Account Strategist will be the primary strategic account lead for the senior living industry. This role will work with client executives to define and achieve goals. Responsibilities include translating customer goals into strategic plans, monitoring performance and client health, and acting as the primary point of contact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong client relationships, especially with C-Suite executives.
  • Lead new client discovery and onboarding, understanding their goals and challenges.
  • Develop top-level strategies, collaborating with other departments.
  • Manage client communications and feedback.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and a 5-star experience as the top-rated HubSpot partner.
  • Deliver high-quality strategies across the customer lifecycle (marketing, sales, customer success).
  • Identify and recommend additional services to meet client needs.
  • Understand client business, industry, and challenges to tailor strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscapes.
  • Strategy Development and Execution:
    • Develop value-based goals across the customer lifecycle.
    • Develop lead nurturing strategies for potential residents.
    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies.
    • Oversee event planning and execution.
    • Identify gaps in client strategies and execute tailored plans to enhance satisfaction.
  • Understanding of:
    • Demand generation, sales, CRM, and customer success strategies.
    • Third-party tools integration with HubSpot.
    • Optimization of client HubSpot instances.
    • Development of sales collateral.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
    • Regular assessment and reporting of sales enablement and operations impact.
    • Optimization of strategies based on performance data.
    • Provide monthly reports, QBRs, and strategic recommendations.
  • Leadership:
    • Manage and develop 1-2 account specialists.
  • Delivery Process:
    • Monitor and manage campaign budgets and scope.
    • Track and meet effective billing rate (EBR) goals.
    • Ensure quality work is delivered to clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 6+ years digital strategy experience.
  • 5+ years senior living industry experience.
  • Proven HubSpot experience.
  • Experience leading and directing client accounts.
  • Ability to set and achieve annual/quarterly goals.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working remotely.
  • HubSpot certifications preferred.
