WHAT DOES AN ACCOUNT SUPERVISOR DO?The Account Supervisor works with clients to plan, execute, manage, and analyze marketing campaigns.
This role interacts daily with clients to build and maintain strong relationships, contributing to daily client issues and projects.
The Account Supervisor collaborates with internal departments (project management, business systems analysis, creative, analytics, social media, design, development). Experience in managing projects, timelines, costs, and tight deadlines is required.
Using marketing strategy, campaign development, messaging, web metrics, and data, the Account Supervisor leads client strategic and tactical marketing efforts with senior account staff and cross-functional teams.
This role is the primary client contact, leading and implementing print and digital marketing strategies.
The Account Supervisor develops detailed campaign and project plans, acting as project owner with full responsibility for the final product/service.
Other responsibilities include delivering status updates and financial forecasts, tracking budgets, targets, and objectives for the client.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Approximately 5 to 6 years of related industry experience (client service, advertising agency, and pharmaceutical experience required; HCP and launch experience preferred).
Strong marketing and advertising experience, with expertise in AOR work, digital strategy, media, and technology.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education plus professional experience required.
Demonstrated expertise in developing digital (website, CRM, digital sales tools, digital ads) and print (visual aids, leave behinds) tactics.
Critical thinking skills to evaluate project objectives and brand goals before submitting content, scope, and deliverables to clients.
Strong cross-functional partnership abilities, working collaboratively to improve outcomes.
Proven client relations skills and customer satisfaction.
Ability to manage projects collaboratively to successful completion.
