WHAT DOES AN ACCOUNT SUPERVISOR, MARKET ACCESS DO?The Account Supervisor, Market Access at EVERSANA INTOUCH serves as a pivotal day-to-day contact for clients and agency partners, orchestrating the planning, execution, and management of marketing campaigns for various brands and products. This role is integral to the strategic development process, ensuring the execution of brand plans and associated tactics.
The Account Supervisor collaborates closely with internal departments such as Analytics, Strategic Planning, UX, Creative, and Social Media, overseeing projects from briefing to final delivery. They align with the PMO to track project timelines and milestones, keeping clients informed of any changes.
With a deep understanding of marketing strategies, web metrics, and research, the Account Supervisor provides strategic and tactical digital marketing recommendations.
They manage client presentations, campaign results, and external relationships, while also developing SOWs, overseeing budgets, and ensuring all project facets align with set goals.
This role is essential in cultivating strong client relationships and driving effective market access solutions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serves as a day-to-day contact for clients and agency partners to plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrates acumen in strategic development process to execute brand plan and associated tactics.
- Works closely with internal departments (Analytics, Strategic Planning, UX, Creative, Social Media) managing projects from briefing to final delivery.
- Ensures agency team has clear expectations and effective collaboration.
- Aligns with PMO to track projects against timelines and milestones, keeping clients informed of changes.
- Possesses a keen understanding of marketing strategies, web metrics, research to provide strategic and tactical digital marketing recommendations.
- Creates and oversees client presentations, campaign results, and research findings.
- Oversees external relationships and 3rd-party partners.
- Participates in crafting marketing strategies, brand and tactical plans for clients, engaging traditional stakeholders and HCP/patient initiatives.
- Researches services and solutions, collaborating to develop integrated solutions based on client needs.
- Works closely with Account Services to cultivate client relationships and grow accounts via effective market access solutions.
- Develops SOWs and oversees budget creation/costs.
- Develops monthly project forecasts aligned to SOW/PO.
- Ensures budget line items are managed within target goals.
- Demonstrates commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education plus 6-10 years of related experience.
- Expertise in market access marketing, including all phases of the commercialization lifecycle.
- Ability to oversee multiple projects and accounts simultaneously.
