Full-Time Accounting Administrator

EAG has a great remote opportunity for an Accounting Administrator to join the Finance Shared Services team.

Key responsibilities:

• Create invoices for multiple sites
• Provide invoicing support to team members both in and outside of the Shared Services team
• Coordinate purchase order activity with multiple sites
• Assist with collections as needed
• Ad hoc individual assignments and team projects

Requirements:

• 1 – 3 years of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable experience
• Self-starter, proactive, organized, and ability to work independently
• Passion for continuous learning, growth, improvement, and development
• Highly analytical and inquisitive orientation to research business issues and identify solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with a natural desire to create and strengthen relationships, collaborate on teams, and provide excellent customer service
• A curiosity and strong desire to leverage technology; strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Plan, organize and prioritize to complete multiple tasks or projects
• This position works with companies that deal with defense-related activities and is subject to ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations).
