At MediaMarkt, we're looking for an Accounting Assistant to join our international financial hub in Spain.
Mission: Manage the accounting cycle and administrative accounting processes of MediaMarkt stores in order to comply with internal procedures.
Tasks:
- Assist to Fix issues with Credit Management and income reconciliation across different countries
- Assist to Fix issue linked to Cash Register
- Prepare and analyze reports to internal and external stakeholders.
- Suggest and propose process improvements to boost the productivity.
- Make sure that the team members are properly trained.
- Liaise between operative needs and Management Requirements.
- Review KPI on Daily & Weekly Basis
- Make sure the activities are distributed properly within the teams.
- Participate in Knowledge Transfer/ Participate in organizational change plans.
Requierments:
- A completed CFGS in finance administration or comparable training.
- At least one year of experience in the similar role.
- Advanced Office and valuable knowledge in SAP FI.
- Advanced written and spoken English.
- Ability to adapt to different work rhythms, proactivity and communication skills.
