Full-Time Accounting Associate

General Purpose

Support the expansion of the finance function and streamline daily financial operations. Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and reliability in financial reporting, reconciliation, and compliance processes.

Specific Objectives:

• Perform daily sales reporting and reconciliation.
• Manage bookkeeping activities in QuickBooks Online, including bank reconciliations and accounts payable.
• Contribute to month-end processes, including profit and loss analysis and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support the streamlining and automation of accounting workflows.
• Collaborate with the Finance team to troubleshoot discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
• Assist with finance-related administrative duties.

Key Activities

• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting entries using QuickBooks Online.
• Perform reconciliations for bank accounts and client equity transactions.
• Support monthly and quarterly closes, preparing P&L and balance sheet schedules.
• Analyze financial data and generate independent reports.
• Collaborate with team members to investigate and resolve financial discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to compliance and audit requirements.
• Provide support for finance-related administrative functions and documentation.
