Accounting Staff (General Ledger Analyst)

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing detailed summary of company accounts, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and integrity of company books (Month-to-Date and Year-to-Date).
• Updating and reconciling subsidiary ledgers of Balance Sheet accounts.
• Assisting General Ledger Supervisor in preparing schedules for interim and year-end financial audits.
• Assisting General Ledger Supervisor in preparing Month-to-Date (MTD) and Year-to-Date (YTD) financial reports/schedules for internal and external customers.
• Preparing MTD and YTD notes to financial statements.
• Ensuring proper charging, accuracy, and completeness of financial transactions during MTD and YTD closing of company books.
• Updating and reconciling subsidiary ledger of Income and Expense accounts.
• Preparing monthly and yearly analyses of Income and Expense account movements.
• Preparing adjusting entries for account reclassification.
• Performing tasks assigned by Profit & Loss (P&L) Accountant/Division Accountant.
• Assisting in monthly and yearly inventory and asset counts (Farms, Meats, and Feedmill).
• Actively participating in company programs and activities, providing support as needed in quality improvement, safety & security, sustainability, corporate social responsibility, and risk management.
• Ensuring compliance with food safety, good housekeeping, and quality management system standards (5S, GMP, HACCP, Halal, and ISO).
• Participating in projects and improvements initiated by the FACT team.
• Performing other tasks assigned by the immediate superior.

Requirements:

• Preferably B.S. Accounting graduate.
• At least 6 months of related experience in General Ledger Accounting.
• Working knowledge of accounting principles, internal control, and audit.
• Ability to analyze/interpret financial data.

Working Conditions:

• Light work requiring little physical effort.
• Normal office environment.
