Full-Time Deal Desk & Billing Specialist

Role summary: As a Deal Desk & Billing Specialist you will validate signed contracts, ensure deal terms are reflected in Salesforce, configure subscriptions in NetSuite, validate billing logic and invoices, and investigate and resolve billing discrepancies across systems.

• Review signed customer contracts and translate terms into system configuration before deals are closed-won.
• Validate subscription setup in NetSuite (pricing, billing schedules, contract terms) and troubleshoot Salesforce-to-NetSuite syncs.
• Ensure invoices are generated accurately and on time; investigate and resolve billing discrepancies across contracts, Salesforce, NetSuite, and invoicing.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Customer Success and communicate with customers when billing issues arise.
• Support high-volume, recurring billing operations and help maintain finance controls and data accuracy.

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

• 3–5 years in Deal Desk, Billing, Revenue Operations, or Finance Operations.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and NetSuite.
• Proven ability to review contracts and translate terms into system configuration.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and analytical skills.
• Clear professional English communication and ability to trace issues end-to-end across systems.

PREFERRED / NICE-TO-HAVE

• SaaS or subscription billing experience, familiarity with ASC 606/IFRS 15.
• Audit/support in finance control environments; reporting/dashboard skills in Salesforce or NetSuite.
• Experience enforcing pricing/discounting/contract approval processes and managing high-volume recurring billing.

Location & application: Fully remote in Mexico. Applicants must be Mexican citizens or legally authorized to work in Mexico. Salary range: 45,000–55,000 MXN monthly.
