Full-Time Accounts Payable Officer

• Oversee invoice collection, verification, and processing.
• Prepare and manage scheduled payment listings.
• Ensure supplier reconciliations are completed monthly.
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting obligations.
• Maintain an organized filing system.
• Coordinate credit arrangements with suppliers.
• Maintain an accurate accruals register.
• Support the Financial Controller with additional duties.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional accounting certification (ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent) preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial-level accounting or finance experience in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge in accounting principles, financial analysis, and taxation.
• Experience in preparing, reviewing, analyzing financial reports.
• Knowledge of hotel internal controls, compliance, and financial policies.
• Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Effective team leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong computer literacy, including finance and hospitality systems.
