Full-Time Accounts Executive

Role Description

This role involves various accounting functions and financial statement preparation.

1. Preparation of financial statements (balance sheet, profit & loss, cash flow statement, etc.)
2. Oversee various accounting functions for clients, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation
3. Handle month-end and year-end close process for clients, ensuring timely and accurate completion
4. Handle tax preparation and compliance work for clients
5. Provide audit support during client audits and prepare necessary documentation
6. Manage onboarding process for new accounting clients, ensuring a smooth transition

Proficiency in accounting software (Quickbooks, NetSuite, Oracle, SAP) and Excel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or professional certification is a plus)
• 3+ years of experience in financial reconciliation, accounting, and compliance roles
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
