At Dropbox, we're transforming how we operate through innovation and automation. We're looking for a Global Accounts Payable Lead to join our Procure to Pay (P2P) team and help shape the future of our finance operations.
This isn’t your typical Accounts Payable (AP) role. You’ll own the essential responsibilities of day-to-day invoice and payment processing global function, and you’ll have the space and support to re-imagine how AP is done using tools like AI, automation, and data insights.

This isn’t your typical Accounts Payable (AP) role. You’ll own the essential responsibilities of day-to-day invoice and payment processing global function, and you’ll have the space and support to re-imagine how AP is done using tools like AI, automation, and data insights.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Global Accounts Payable function.
- Build, mentor, and lead the AP team.
- Develop and implement AP policies, processes, and controls.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align AP operations.
- Ownership of AP compliance across multiple tiers.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes related to AP.
- 5+ years of AP experience in a high-volume, global, tech-savvy environment
- People management experience with direct reports
- Excellent communication skills
- Flawless attention to detail
- An analytical mindset with a passion for optimizing processes
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity
- Working knowledge of internal controls, compliance practices, and finance operations best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Administration, or Finance
