Full-Time Accounts Payable Manager

• Management & Leadership: Lead, mentor, and evaluate the Accounts Payable team, ensuring high productivity and professional development.
• Manage daily AP workflow and set performance metrics.
• Oversee timecard review and adjustment processes.
• Operations & Payment Execution: Direct the full-cycle payment process, including ACH and Check Runs, and resolve payment exceptions.
• Administer procurement compliance and process initial invoices for new clinics.
• Provide administrative support for clinic operations.
• Compliance & Financial Closing: Manage Accounts Payable month-end closing, including accruals for allocated expenses.
• Ensure tax compliance by managing Property and Sales Tax.
• Process void checks and stop payments with the bank.
• Vendor & Administrative Systems: Manage the vendor lifecycle, including new vendor setup, W9s, and maintaining accurate master files.
