Full-Time Accounts Receivable and Collections Manager

• Lead the Accounts Receivable and Collections team to achieve DSO and cash collection goals.
• Oversee day-to-day operations for billing dispute resolution and reconciliation of high-value customer accounts.
• Develop strategies to improve collection effectiveness and streamline A/R processes.
• Review customer credit applications, analyze financial stability, and establish credit limits.
• Partner with Sales to resolve escalations and maintain customer relationships.
• Manage collections for enterprise and wholesale accounts.
• Analyze aging trends, forecast cash receipts, and report on A/R performance.
• Drive automation initiatives within ERP, CRM, and collections platforms.
• Handle escalated accounts, negotiate settlements, and lead recovery efforts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
• Maintain compliance with laws and ethical standards.
• Coach team members to enhance performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit, or Collections, with at least 3 years in telecom, managed services, or SaaS.
• Strong knowledge of telecom billing processes and recurring revenue models.
• Leadership in managing teams handling large enterprise accounts.
• Experience evaluating customer creditworthiness.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience with ERP and collections management platforms preferred.
