Full-Time Accounts Receivable & Billing Assistant Manager

• Assist in leading the O2C team, providing guidance, performance management, and development opportunities.
• Train on the day to day function of the full O2C process including order management, billing, collections, cash application, and escalation resolution to include processing where required to ensure this is done.
• Ensure and process timely and accurate reconciliation of accounts receivable and related accounting entries.
• Feedback to Managers with process / system improvements and assist in implementation
• Report on KPIs and SLAs to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Support audit and compliance activities related to revenue and receivables.
• Identify automation opportunities to streamline workflows along side Managers within the team and main stakeholders
• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintains a proactive approach to problem-solving and risk avoidance.

• Knowledge of international accounting standards and multi-currency environments.
• Project management or process improvement experience.
• Communicates effectively and contributes to a positive team dynamic.
• Applies situational awareness to anticipate challenges and resolve issues independently.
• Demonstrates sound judgment and practical decision-making in day-to-day tasks including logic behind operational judgment.
• Attention to detail at the upmost highest of qualities
• Proven experience in assisting to manage O2C operations.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations.

• Hands-on experience with Stripe or similar payment platforms.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and system integration projects. NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar ERP systems.
• Experience in the SAAS and payments industry is highly desirable.
• Advanced Excel skills necessity
• Excellent analytical, communication, and management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
