- Make daily collection calls based on aging past due accounts.
- Ensure customers keep accounts to agreed payment terms (30 days).
- Provide on-time invoicing (daily, weekly, monthly) via online reports, email, etc.
- Accept and resolve incoming A/R phone calls and respond to emails within 24 hours.
- Meet time-sensitive deadlines.
- Comfortable with Google Sheets or spreadsheets.
- Work independently and in a group.
- Motivated and adaptable to customer needs.
