Full-Time Ad Operations Manager

We are offering an opening for an Ad Operations Manager. The role will primarily assist with digital mobile content and ad operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Set up advertising campaigns on tracking and analytics platforms (internal and external).
2. Ensure proper integration of promotional assets across tracking platforms.
3. Collect and document requests from sales teams, submitting them to internal tools (Jira, Confluence, Google Drive).
4. Conduct marketing and media landscape analysis.
5. Upload digital content to content portals and marketplaces.
6. Perform market research (social trends, consumer insights, benchmarking, competitor and keyword analysis).
7. Create and present Metrics/ROI reports regularly.
8. Stay updated with ad tech trends, policies, and tracking solutions.

Required Skills and Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of MMPs (Appsflyer, Adjust, Kochava, Branch, Impact.com).
• Knowledge of SaaS (Affise, Everflow, Swaarm, Tracker).
• API integrations and MMP direct link activity.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, CRMs, and data analysis.
