Full-Time Ad Operations Specialist

• Join the MixIn Media team, contributing to shaping how brands connect with customers.
• Based in Melbourne or Sydney in this hybrid role.
• Manage workflows in PlanHub, ensuring campaign assets are deployed correctly across in-store digital touchpoints.
• Partner with the production coordinator for seamless delivery of printed and experiential activations.
• Create a best-in-class advertiser experience alongside Sales, Commercial, and Data teammates.
• Connect with third-party delivery and solution partners, supporting SLA delivery, optimising inventory, and validating reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Translate briefs into system-ready bookings.
• Plan and deliver across media touchpoints ensuring point in time accuracy on inventory availability.
• Apply a continuous improvement approach to processes.
• Partner with the Analytics team to optimise targeting for campaign performance.
• Deploy creative assets across Endeavour’s owned channels.
• Monitor and report on campaign delivery and performance with third-party partners.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Provide training and support to clients on self-service platforms.
• Keep stakeholders updated on upcoming activity.
• Support the Sales team in creating collateral and campaign documentation.
• Work with the media billing coordinator to ensure accurate invoicing and financial workflows.
• Assist the Operations Manager in identifying efficiencies.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years’ experience in Retail Media or 4+ years in a marketing/ad coordinator role.
• Comfortable in an administrative role working in an operating platform.
• Understanding of shopper path-to-purchase, media landscapes, and consumer behavior.
• Positive, can-do attitude with a passion for digital and retail media.
• Experience with Google Suites, Excel, and PlanHub is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Commerce or Advertising (preferred).
