Full-Time Ad Ops Manager

As part of the Ad Operations team, ensure flawless delivery and performance of Direct and Programmatic advertising campaigns.

Technical expertise and media trading:

• Pre-sales support
• Campaign trafficking
• Debugging creative and delivery issues
• Managing escalations

Internal and external collaboration:

• Close collaboration with Sales, Product, Finance teams, clients, and partners for seamless campaign execution
• Performance optimization

Campaign setup and optimization:

• Setup and management of campaign delivery and optimization across DSPs and SSPs
• Focus on KPIs like viewability, completion rates, and CTR
• Monitor pacing, capping, brand safety, and campaign health

Media and programmatic trading:

• Launching, managing, and optimizing campaigns across CTV, OLV, and Display channels
• Setting up and managing programmatic deals (PMP, PG) across various SSPs

Reporting and strategic initiatives:

• Generating and delivering campaign performance reports to Sales and Finance
• Participating in strategic inventory initiatives (yield management, premium offerings, strategic partner fill)

Feedback, product testing, and meetings:

• Providing feedback on best practices, tools, and platforms
• Participating in product testing and benchmarking
• Attending weekly Sales meetings, business reviews, and technical post-mortems
