• Correspond with members/prospective learners via email, chat, and social media, providing quick, accurate responses.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure a seamless user experience.
• Act as a brand ambassador, upholding IxDF's excellent reputation.
• Collaborate with teams to improve workflows and user experience.
• Perform administrative/project support as needed.
• Maintain and improve documentation for internal teams and learners.
• Shape internal processes impacting engagement KPIs.
• Update internal knowledge base and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Communicate customer needs and insights to other teams.
• Be the first point of contact for the community, welcoming and supporting members.
• Take full accountability for tasks, managing responsibilities independently.
